South East Florida Motorcycle Safety School Miami, FL The purpose of the Florida Rider Training Program is to train and educate both novice and experienced motorcyclists and scooter riders in the physical and mental skills necessary for safe vehicle operation, and to reduce the number of motorcycle and scooter related crashes and injuries on Florida's roads and highways. The Basic Rider Course (BRC) must be completed to receive a motorcycle endorsement on your Florida driver's license. The course also includes the State of Florida motorcycle exam. No additional testing at a driver license office is required to receive a motorcycle endorsement. Course graduates are eligible for insurance premium discounts and motorcycle dealer rebates.
