What a peaceful life -- wandering about your island after sundown and enjoying the peaceful nighttime air, with a number of the villagers hanging around and waving to you personally, watching the cherry blossom petals drift by. Unexpectedly, a gigantic tarantula runs up to you and rips you out, putting you back. The first sting requires you to purchase or create medication, which is bothersome, while the next sting will knock you out if you have not cured the first one.
Nintendo's multiplayer mechanics have been chided and have become a bit of an inside joke among lovers. This is true for New Horizons as much.
